A leather collection of unimaginable beauty…. The Artisanship in reinvesting in saving trees by replacing deforestation. Luxury ethical handbags are meticulously handcrafted in East Africa at the foothills where new resources from ethical products are helping revive the environment. The development of this alternative micro enterprise now protects the environment, preserves indigenous culture, at the same time creates a stable and sustainable income source for the women.
Every dollar we spend is a vote cast for the kind of world we want to create. Own a piece of the movement towards fairness. By helping to develop stable trade channels and access to world markets, High 5 Humans proudly partners with this international fashion initiative, introducing this stunning high quality Collection to Canada, the US and beyond.
Now that's a beautiful thing on many levels!

By purchasing FAIR TRADE accessories you are helping to reverse the cycle of poverty and to improve the world you live in. And the best part is that neither High5Humans nor our Artisans Communities are asking for a penny of your charity. We all just want you to make a conscious purchase when you go to buy your next fashion accessory. Your purchase today will empower artisans across the world by creating dignified employment opportunities.
High5Humans and YOU are making this a better world.
Thank you so much for being a NICE HUMAN!

LEATHER & SUEDE ITEMS

Lightly spray the leather or suede piece with a stain and water resistant spray, such as Scotch Guard. As with any fabric, test a small, unseen patch first.
Leather
To spot clean unfinished leather, use a damp cloth or sponge to rub saddle soap into the leather and work soap into a light lather. Wipe away lather and allow to air dry. Then, oil leather with a leather preservative such as mink oil.
Suede
Store suede items so that they can breathe. Avoid plastic bags, which prevent air circulation, and opt for a pillowcase instead to protect from dust. Keep suede away from light, which will fade the color, and damp conditions, which can encourage growth of damaging mold and mildew. If suede gets wet, soak up excess moisture with a clean towel and allow the suede to dry naturally; do not use a heat source to speed up the process. After the item dries, restore the nap (the raised fibers typical of suede) with a suede brush.
Keep in mind that major stains will probably require professional care. Take your item to someone who specializes in leather and suede.
